Description
APPLICATIONS
OZONE AIR COMPRESSOR OILS are designed primarily for rotary screw and vane air compressor, particularly effective for continuous high temperature operation with discharge temperatures up to 200o C. Suitable for units with a history of excess oil degradation, poor valve performance or deposit formation & are compatible with all metals used in compressor construction and with mineral-oil compatible elastomers used in seals, O-rings and gaskets, compressor systems with critical gears and bearings, units operating under severe conditions. Reciprocating air compressor crankcases and cylinders.
OZONE AIR COMPRESSOR OILS are not recommended for air compressors used in breathing air applications.
Product Benefits
- Exceptional resistance to oxidative and thermal degradation.
- Contribute to reduce fire risk as low oil volatility minimises carry-over.
- Contribute to reduce maintenance costs, parts and labour.
- Service life up to 8,000 hours.
- Extended oil drain intervals.
- Less potential for emulsion formation
- Excellent varnish and sludge control helps to deliver cleanliness and extended compressor oil life.
- Exceptional resistance to rusting and corrosion, very good antiwear, demulsibility, foam control and air release and multi-metal compatibility
